Karen Silverstein

Karen has been a Boca Raton resident since 1978, when she moved from the suburbs of Philadelphia. With a genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs, Karen left the medical field after starting a family and found her calling in real estate. She witnessed first-hand the growth and transformation of Boca Raton from a small coastal town to a world-class metropolitan city, and knows the area and its housing market intimately.

Karen has continued to enhance her knowledge of the real estate industry — earning designations and elevating her Real Estate Sales license to a Broker’s real estate license. She is also a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager, giving clients the advantage of her specialized knowledge regarding homeowner and condominium association matters.

Well-aware of the emotional and financial aspects of buying or selling a home, the client’s needs are always her first priority. Karen believes that patience is a strength and making the buying or selling process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible is paramount.
