John Mollica, Jr.

John has been a resident of Boca Raton since 1985 after moving down from New Hampshire to run a family restaurant business venture. After successfully selling the restaurant venture in 1992, John pursued Business Real Estate sales and then became a Marketing Director for General Investment and Development domiciled in Boston, MA, later he worked as the Executive Director for Capital Senior Living Corporation in Boca Raton, FL. In 1998 John decided to get back into local Real Estate where he has been active since.

John's experience in marketing, business management, and negotiations have provided a strong foundation for his Real Estate career. He has worked closely with his mentor, friend, and Broker, Peter Doran, for many years who has been instrumental in South Florida Real Estate since 1966 until branching out with his own Real Estate firm.

John’s commitment to the local community and dedication to giving back is evidenced by his continued active involvement in leadership positions with The Rotary Club of Boca Raton, Boca Raton Historical Society, Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, St Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Saint John Paul II Academy, Knights of Columbus, and The Boys and Girls Club.

John was raised in Concord, NH, and attended Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH, majoring in Business Administration.
